Burt LaFountain
Chief Strategy Officer
Burt LaFountain is Chief Strategy Officer at BioRadar. He is a strategist and AI leader who has spent the past decade building AI alongside new ways of working to deliver business outcomes.
Previously, Burt was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he spent more than 16 years. He was a founding member of BCG’s applied Artificial Intelligence practice and also served as Managing Director and Partner at BCG GAMMA and at BCG X. He worked with organizations across sectors to identify opportunities, build and deploy solutions, measure the value those solutions capture, and build internal capability in AI and advanced analytics.
At BioRadar, Burt is responsible for business strategy and supporting product, go-to-market, and operations teams on strategic topics.
Burt holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
